Issue with Demon Stalkers

Hello!

I'm attempting to play Demon Stalkers on the CCS64 emulator for PC. The ROM came in two parts (disc one and two). When I started and selected a one person game, it says: "Insert a Scenario Disk."

What does it want me to do? I have no clue.
