Name the game - trying to remember..

Hi,

I'm trying to remember a game i used to play loads back in the day. My memory is very vague but the game was a shoot'em up / action thing and you found yourself running around the insides of an alien or something, i just remember running around the various parts of the body shotting stuff..

Anyone remember that one?????
