Problem with keys on different games

With airborne ranger:

How Can i see the map or make the guy lie down, change weapons etc? These keys cannot be defined by the emulator?

Same problems with Rambo II, how to change the weapon?

With Zack Mc Cracken: How to use the pc mouse ? If I turn the mouse on, I just get the cursor on screen but I cant control it.
