Directx 9b problems

Hello.

I installed Directx 9b on a Windows 2000 and whe i started CCS64 V3.0 Beta 1.4 i got these two errors:
- Direct3D Init Failed - No Windowed Mode
- DirectDraw Init Failed - BltFast

Any ideas ?

(DirectX Diagnostic went well)

These errors seem to me to indicate incompatibilities of your graphics card/driver. I suggest getting a more up-to-date graphics card/driver.
