CRT TV filter

Hi,
when I activate the (wonderful) CRT TV filter, the "noise" is obviously animated while the emulation is running, and all is well.
When I am into the menus, though, the noise seems to be updated only when I move through the options, resulting in some
kind of video trashing and trailing, that makes the menu almost unreadable.

I am experiencing the same behaviour on very different machines, Xp, Windows 7 32 and 64.
CCS Version : 3.8

That behaviour is by design, i.e. that is correct.
