Saving a PC Text file as a BASIC program?

Is there a tool, or is it possible to save a text file from the pc, as a basic program on .d64 disk that can be loaded?

and the reverse? COnvert a basic program to a text file?

Not exactly sure. Does the VICE TOK64 program do this?

Oh cool! Ill have to check that out!

I want to enter some ol' programs from old c64 mags, and from the web. Id prefer to just type / copy paste them in notepad!

Maybe I should learn the .d64 disk spec, and make my own program :)

I have a text file that explains the format. In case you don't find it anywhere else, just let me know and I'll send it to you...
