International Karate musics music sounds bad

on the latest version of CCS64 International Karate music sound bad i have a great sound card santa crus i checked into the settings and its ok defoult is my sound card with direct sound it gave me the same problem

Well, if the sound is also bad with DirectSound, then it is the fault of DirectX itself. In CCS64, try the Windows MCI WaveOut sound driver instead (this will give crackles/pops, but that cannot be helped).
