Screenshots, is it possible?

Post by renegade X »

Hello all, this is my first post. I cant tell you how good it makes me feel to see others not letting go of the C64. When I think back to 1983 when I first got my C64, I seems like yesterday.

Anyway, how do I take a screenshot? Using Windows, I only get a small shot, and the sprites do not appear. Or is there anyway to extract the sprite data?

Thanks, and I am gonna love this place.
When is the C64 gonna make a comeback?! LOL

<F9> --> Options --> Video --> Screenshot...

In this menu, you can specify exactly what type of screen-shot file to produce. Files produced are named ccs0.bmp/ccs1.bmp/etc. and are stored in the CCS64 installation folder.
Kind regards,

Your advice was correct, however, no matter what resolution I change the emulation to I get only a small screenshot. Is there a way to get a large screenshot? Sorry for the silly questions.

I thought that the screen-shots were intended to be a small fixed sized.
