sound probs!!

Ok, i have managed to get the game to play, however, the sound is working, but not properly, kind of distorted, popping noise...anyone know what this problem is?

You may be using the Windows MCI WaveOut sound device. Try the Primary Sound Device instead or the appropriate one for your sound card.
