Pirates

Post by John317 »

Hi there. 1st time poster. I've been having some issues playing Pirates! on the ccs64 Emulator. For some reason, after I enter my name towards the end of the first disk, the game just hangs up. When I try to load the second disk I get an "out of data" error. Any ideas? Or any pointers on where to find a working copy? Thx much.

Did you check on the Magyar C64 HQ? I don't have a link to it right now, but you can always Google it!
Kind regards,

Check your e-mail! I am lead to believe that the version that I have e-mail'ed you works...

You might also want to check your Kernel/1541 ROMs...
Kind regards,

Hi . Im also new to this forum and im also trying to play the Pirates game on the ccs64 Emulator. I have exactly the same problem. After selecting the type of game and the time period the program asks to enter your name and i cannot continue.
