Printer Help

Hi
Can the emulator print graphics, pictures and everything using the default
windows printer or do I have to get a dot matrix or Commodore printer?
I want to print Koala and Doodle pictures and others also.
Please somebody let me know and if I need a dot matrix printer exactly what kind do I need? And do I need some kind of special cable or just the regular printer cable?

I'm afraid not - you can only "print" BASIC listings to an MS-DOS text file, to the best of my knowledge.

However, you can take a screen shot (it's somewhere in the F9 menu), which you can then load into practically any Windows painting, editing, or even word processing program, and then print it from there.

With Doodle, you may need to move the cursor to a location where it'll be easy to edit out. I'm not sure if it had a "hide cursor" command or not. I haven't used that program in decades! This may be true for Koala as well but I've never used (or even seen) that program.
