Not running in the background / minimised.

I am using CCS64 V3.0 Beta 1.7.

If I start to use a web browser or any other program, CCS64 V3.0 Beta 1.7 runs in the background.

This is ideal if I want to listen to SID music!

However with CCS64 V3.5, as soon as I start using my web browser, it freezes until I reselect it.

Is there a way to make CCS64 V3.5 to run in the background?

I think that this behaviour is by design.
