Ultima III wont continue where I quit and saved

I just got ult III working on CCS64

I would go into town and buy weapons and armor for all and go out and save it doesnt continue there when I play later does anyone know why that would be?

Ensure that 1541 Saving is set to Continuously.

I dont see that in the F9 menu under the 1541 is this maybe only usable on registered versions? I only had this software fo about 4 days so Im still trying it out to see if it will work on everything I want to do

F9 -> Options... -> 1541 Emulation -> Saving. Set to Continuously.
