Typing ?% in ML Monitor crashes ccs64

Hello,

This seems to be a bug:

If i type ?% in ML Monitor, the emulator hangs an forces the processorload
to 100%. The only way to get out is to kill the ccs process.

This problem ist in V3.5 the same as in V2.0b
