how do i format a disk?

Can I be CC'd on one of those "magic" emails too? I have my own blank disk that I made and use, which usually works, but just in case this one needs something special I would like to have a back-up. Thanks alot

Greetings all, would anyone be able to send me the fix for the M.O.M. owner disk .g64 also? I have had no luck at creating a blank, formatted .g64 file through all my research as of yet...
