Need some help

New to this, trying to load a game and not working. If anyone can point me to any help site on how to use the the program. wastland is the game im looking into playing. Thanks. Can get the game to start, asks if i want to use last saved game. I hit "n" for no then ask to insert side 1 and return. I do that nothing happens
