Checked out some posts and the Adobe file with the keys... but I can't find it anywhere!!!

I'm trying to play the hobbit and this makes it impossible!

I have experienced the same problem whilst trying to play Castle of Terror. I am using a UK keyboard set and no matter what I do I cannot get the " figure to display - I have obviously tried Shift+2 but to no avail - anyone have any suggestions?

Which keyboard are you using, since some types of keyboard need special settings for scan-codes?

I have a Dell XPS built in with the United Kingdom (English) keyboard setting. Other than that dude I dont know anymore sorry.
