I hope to see a graphic solution like mame/winuae with a png file as overlay.

I don't quite understand what you're saying here. If you want some enhancement to MAME/WinUAE, then please contact those developers instead. CCS64 comes with a PDF Keyboard Lay-Out file, for reference.

I mean using a png file for the scanline effect, bilinear d3d.
