1942 - loads, but how to start?

Hi,

I'm trying the games 1942 and 1943. They load fine, then there's option screens, and finally the intro screen, with music playing. But no key I can find will make the games begin.

I have CCS64 set at defaults for keyboard assignments.

Any ideas?
