Maximum 1541 speed

Any possiblity of having an option for having this mode on, but without the huge splash text (or any text) across the emulator screen? Or am I missing something?

I seem to have to turn it off to not have the text.

That's the way that feature has always worked. I can ask Hakan if he could make it NOT show the text-box, when Maximum 1541 Speed is ON and disk accessing occurs. However, I actually like it; but I guess it could be annoying sometimes.

Maximum Splash Screen

I have the same request as rcosner (Kevin's brother? Ron Cosner? LOL). The 1541 maximum speed splash screen should be an option to turn off. When a game accesses the drive throughout the play (like an adventure game) it is very annoying to constantly see that slash come up in your face - it takes you out of C64 land into PC Windows land. Boo-hiss! Otherwise, awesome emulator that I was more than happy to register for and support!!!
