C64 Emulator Novice needs Help

Hi everyone

I have a problem with my emulator

I have a game I want to load but when I press F9 choose Devise 8 and choose the game It comes up with a black screen with contact our hq in USA then a load of numbers

Can you help

I think you have a major hardware/driver fault with your machine, since CCS64 is only trying to load a file from the hard disk. See if there is another machine you can use instead.
