Best way to use 2 original joysticks

Can anyone tell me the best way to physically connect 2 orginal atari-style joysticks?

I'm trying to do this on an old laptop with no joystick port, so I'd like to use usb, serial, or parallel port if possible.

I found this, anyone know if it will work with CCS64?:

If I plug 2 of those into a usb hub, will the emulator be able to map them to joystick 1/2?
