error message

I downloaded the newest version and I downloaded Directx9.0, but when I try to run the ccs64, I get this message:

Title: CCS.exe - Unable to Locate DLL
Message: The dynamice link librar d3d9.dll could not be found in the specified path C:\WINNT; C:\WINNT\system32; C:\Winnt; C:WINNT\System 32\Wbem

What should I do?

For some reason, DirectX 9 has not installed properly on your PC. You will need to re-install it.
