Multi-Play Support In CCS64 V3.0 (Kaillera)

4 October 2003 :
* The multi-play mode for various file formats and indexes, like .TAP, should work now. The key to start the multi-play mode is either F3 or F4, depending on what kind of file. It is always shown in the menu, which function performs which function, so check there if un-certain.
* New Alt-Key combinations that work also under Multi-Play (as well as under normal emulation mode, however they are very useful under Multi-Play mode, since the normal menu system cannot be reached):
* ALT+F5 - Selects the next .D64/.G64 image file in to 1541 Device 8. Affects all connected players.
* ALT+F6 - Selects the previous .D64/.G64 image file in to 1541 Device 8. Affects all connected players.
* ALT+F7 - Selects the next input device/mode in C64 Game Port 1. Affects only the local player.
* ALT+F8 - Selects the next input device/mode in C64 Game Port 2. Affects only the local player.
* ALT+F10 - Exchanges the input device/mode settings between C64 Game Port 1/2. Affects only the local player.

19th September 2003 :
* Now it is possible to multi-play all kind of game-images, including Cartridges (.CRT) and sub-parts of .T64/.D64 files.

10th September 2003 :
* The multi-play mode is started from the Tape Device 1 or 1541 Device 8 menu, when selecting the "." directory and pressing the F3 key.
* Only the files in the directory viewed when pressed F3 will be available for playing.
* Multi-play mode is stopped by pressing F9, F10 or the Alt keys.
* Only the first file in .T64 files are available for playing, .D64 files are booted (with LOAD"*",8,1).
* Remember that all C64 inputs are mixed together, so each user should have a different input configuration (or use different ports). Use the chat function before starting a game.
* The file-names of the game-file have to be exactly the same for all users, otherwise you cannot join.
* Only works in Windowed Mode (the client crashes while CCS64 is in Full-Screen Mode, although this is beyond my control).
