Instructions for games

Is there a site that has the instructions that come with the original games ie control keys, objectives of games and any other storyline like with dr who mines of terror, entombed, exile, staff of karnoth etc?

If not, there should be, otherwise how can someone new to c64 know what do do in a game?

Have most games in tape and disc form for use wikth emulators had the copy protection removed? If so, acn't help wondering if this will affect the gameplay?

Even back in the 80s, when the copyright was removed the games played better. Afterall, the protection was merely bugs.
