Is it possible to run CCS64 on linux, specifically ubuntu?
Either through wine or natively?
I tried wine without success

Apart from requiring Windows (or Windows-like emulation, such as Wine), CCS64 also requires the DirectX 9 APIs to be installed (like a lot of emulators/games for Windows).
