Problem loading Kennedy Approach

I'm trying to load Kennedy Approach with version 3.0 beta 1.5 of the CCS64 Emulator. I have both tried to bring my disk into the emullator via 1541 drive and saving as a d64 file, and downloading the image from several sites. All seem to not allow me to load the game completely.
Here's the error I get.

The screen turns black and I get a blue banner message.

CPU Halted at $fd39. Enter MC Monitor?

Anybody have any ideas or had success to get the game to function?

Try the Load (Normal) option or C64 BASIC "LOAD" command methods.

I did with the same results. I even tried to type in the load command myself every which way. No go.
