As far as I know, there are no plans to port CCS64 V3.0 BETA to MS-DOS. CCS64 V3.0 BETA was created for greater MS-Windows compatibility.
That's sad, because I am only able to run the DOS-Version with smooth scrolling and full 50fps since years with different computers.
