Could u please explain to me how to reconvert the files to a d64 again? Winvice gives the same problems so I guess that program also doesnt support zipped content?

I understand that the contents of the D64 itself are zipped so I need to extract them from the d64, unzip them and rebuild a new D64?

Problem loading many games from arnold / tosec

I seem to have problems loading many of the games from the arnold ftp ass wel as from other repositories. The problem starts when loading the game. The filenames show strange characters (hearts, | signs etc) at the start of each file. An example (shot with winvice cause that emulator shows the ...

It happens with other soundblaster series too, awe32, soundblaster live. So it's not just the Audigy drivers, it's a bug in ccs64 despite of all the "it's not us" talk around here.

I used various versions of the sound drivers. Two versions of direct X. I used a clean install. And still the popping continues. Hopefully it will be fixed in the next version. Due to the popping I am forced to use Vice instead.

I have the exact same problem too. I use a sound blaster live. The problem does not occur when using the Vice emulator. I don't believe this is a driver problem. I tested 4 different versions, all have the same problems. It seems that the popping gets worse when u use the mouse. I tried all sound ...
