I've read that two USBs don't work well together. I once read about a parallel 2-joystick adapter but I can't find it anymore and I don't know whether it would work with CCS64.
I've only got one PC joystick port (on my sound card) and I don't think analog joysticks really have the right 'feel' for ...

Two joysticks
My last thread seemed to run a little dry. Please can I ask the question:
"What is the best option for using TWO joysticks with CCS64?"
(Win 2000, CCS64 3.0 Beta 1.5)
Thanks.

Thanks. After I posted, I continued googling and eventually came up with the same sort of answer. The thing I wasn't sure about was whether it would all work with my Evesham Excelerator (rather than Commodore 1541) disk. I decided, in the end, that it probably would and have thus ordered a cable and ...

Hmm.. Thanks for that. I've got Win2K (at the moment). I wonder if that would be more tolerant of two USB joysticks. I see CC64S also has an 'adaptor 2' setting so if the OS handled it then I guess so would CC64S.

Evesham Excelerator
Does anybody know if there is anyway to link this disk drive up to PC/CC64S. I don't really need it for games because they're all out there in D64 or T64 format but I wouldn't mind retrieving my BASIC programs.
Thanks in advance for any assistance.

Still unsure about USB joysticks
Before buying, would like to confirm how I can use two joysticks with CCS64; I'm thinking of buying two USB competition pros.
Will it just be a case of plugging both into USB ports or will some setting and calibration be required? Like I said, I can't see a USB option under the joystick options of ...

Joystick options
I tried unsuccessfuly to set up my PC joystick for CCS64. It's probably me doing something wrong but then I thought what I really need is a digital joystick anyhow. I'd appreciate some experience based advice on which way I should go:
Does a digital joystick exist for the PC joystick port?
