When it asks me to turn the disk to side "B" I hit F9 and highlight the airborneranger.d64, hit F4. Then it asks me to hit the fire button and I do it. A light on my keyboard comes on as if its reading the disk but then it asks me to keep hitting the fire button.
I managed to format a blank floppy ...
