I'm just checking in on this request. I haven't been on in a while and it appears that now one has commented. Is anybody interested in this feature or is this falling on deaf ears?

I would like Skin Support that way i can select Windowed mode instead of fullscreen and be able to say have a skin that looks like the commodore monitor (See attachment). Also I remember playing a win95/dos based Gameboy/GBC emulator where you can select fullscreen but you could choose a customized ...
