need help with omni-play basketball

can anybody tell me how i can get omni-play basketball to work ? i got to the screen and improved my team but when i went to play the game it would just keep loading and do nothing the game would forfeit and my screen just keeps loading and i cant do anything else. thanks for your help it would be much appreciated bruiser
