?File not found error (?)

Hello,
I'm quite new to this emulator, but have been having a ball with what few games I can get to run. (Oh I remember those days of old! It's like running a time machine on my computer!)
I have read and re-read many links/pages involving disk changes and such. My problem is that on a few games, I keep getting the message "?file not found error" but I know I'm looking at the file, and even used the F-9 stuff. (normal boot, fast boot and select disk)
(Case in point: Star Trek, having unzipped it there are two(2) 'files' in the folder... I presume they are the sides of the 'disk'? But CCS64 insists there's nothing there...)
If I can figure out this little problem, even with this one program, I'm sure to be able to enjoy it more, as well as other programs with the same issue...
