I can't seem to get past the screen with the credits. I've tried downloading multiple versions, but to no avail. I don't know if I'm just dumb, or what.
You have to press the firebutton of the joystick in Port 2.
To do this, Select Joystick keyset 3 in the Input menu (Alt/I).
Make this setting for Control Port 2 and set Control Port 1 to None.
The right control key emulates the firbutton of joystick 2 now.
