There is a Linux version of CCS64 V1.09, which can still be downloaded. WRT CCS64 V3.0 BETA, getting the core fixes and enhancements sorted out first is priority, then this can be ported/compiled for other platforms. As far as I can tell, Hakan still keeps the source code in multi-platform mode, but only compiles it for the Win-32 platform. I am desperately trying to get him to make bug-fixes first, so he doesn't have various executables to update each time!

Hi,
I'm desperatly waiting for a newer version for Linux, too, since I think CCS is the best emulator out there.
Nevertheless I'm trying to compile v1.09.1, but it just won't work. (I've tried to run the DOS version inside dosbox, but that's no fun!

) When I try to compile, I get some stange error about colors and preprocessing tokens (
init.c:58:54: pasting ""color"" and ""0"" does not give a valid preprocessing token for all 16 colors defined in init.c) I think the source file is just not ready to be compiled with a "new" gcc...
I'm running Gentoo with a Kernel 2.6.14, gcc 3.3.6. Does anyone have clue what I have to change?
Furthermore I don't know where to put the library files...

I hope that 3.0 will come out for Linux.
It would be realy nice.
Maybe an MAC Port too.
