Title music in "Piracy" defect? - solved

I just tried the game "Piracy" (from ACE Games, board-like game) but the pirate theme music is defect. I tried it on VICE and it works there. No idea what's the reason why CCS64 does not play the music right...
Edit: I found the problem - SID filter emulation. When turning it off, the music in "Piracy" is ok again. Same in "Decathlon" and "Lazy Jones".
