CCS64 V3.0 BETA 1.5 release

Hakan has re-compiled CCS64 V3.0 BETA with the following bug-fixes/enhancements:
- FIX: Complete re-build to fix General Protection Fault (GPF) with the Load/QuickLoad State options - no code changes made.
- ENHANCEMENT: Added 'Window 2x', 'Window 2x ScanLines', 'Window 3x', and 'Window 3x ScanLines' graphics modes.
