Games slow and Sound Problems

Hi,
i have tried CCS 3.0 Beta 1.3 and 1.4, and Games are slow and the sound is popping. Same if i switch sound off. CCS Prozess is around 60 Percent
and when i use the keyboard very mucht to control, the sound is more crappy and the CPU goes high to 100 Percent. No change if i try Full Screen or Window mode.
My Configuration:
Pentium 4 2,4B
Gigabayte 845PE Mainboard
Windows XP SP1
DirectX 9.0B (DXDiag shows no failures)
Soundblaster Audigy 2
Ati Radeon 9700 Pro
I have installed the latest drivers for all Components.
Anyone can help ?
