How to use SHIFT-LOCK in CCS64

Hi,
First of all I must admit I'm completely new to CCS64.
Yesterday I got Lemmings running, and I must say that it works great!
However, I'm having one small problem: to pause the game, you have to press the SHIFT-LOCK key. I thought the CAPS LOCK key would be used for this, but that doesn't seem to be the case. So now I have to keep Shift pressed to keep the game paused.
Is there a way to get the SHIFT-LOCK key working in CCS64? BTW I'm using version 3.7, running on Win 7 x64.
