Can't start They Stole A Million

Hi,
I use CCS64 V3.8. After Load and Run the Game "They Stole A Million" the game starts with the start screen (white screen with black text: "They Stole a Million Part One Copyright [...]". But then i can't continue. Hitting Fire (Right Alt, i use the Key Set simulation for joystick), Strg, Tab, Esc. Nothing happens.
Has anyone a clue?
