How to save games

I like playing Maniac Mansion on the emulator (latest version).
My question is. How do I save games on the emulator so I can go back to my last position in the game???

If there is no in-game save option, then you'll have to use the Save/Load State features of CCS64 itself. Have a play around in the menu system to find out...

Is there a way to TURN OFF the message that pops up when you do a ccs64 quick save?
