CPU usage

I use XP Pro with SP1 with Detonator 45.23 driver for my video card with stable drivers for everything. Seems CCS3 uses 100% CPU time. Is this common and if so, will it be changed? VICE only uses 2-3% on my >2GHz CPU. I am pleased this latest beta closes properly. I do have latest patches for OS and DX.

Thanks for informing me. It is now fixed in the un-official CCS.EXE . I just forgot about that someone would like to run more programs than the C64 emulator at the same time .
