Crush, Crumble, Chomp Manual?

Does anyone have a manual for this game? I'm trying to remember how to play and it's just not coming to me. I've figured out that the joystick is useless, that R turn you right and L turns you left. M seems to be Move? Sometimes? It's confusing. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated. I remember playing it several times but I guess the memory of how got overwritten by useless things like physics and mathematics or, worse, culture.
