Cant get game to run

Hi everyone, just started with this emulator thing, looks great!

I have the CCS64 V3.5 and when I drag Jack Attack over it runs on the screen however I am unable to start the game or get any sound. Im not sure where I should be looking!

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
