scroll lock acting up..

Post by Laze »

Hi there.

I've been using the CCS64 emulator for quite some time now, but recently something happened that I hadn't expierenced before:

When starting up "Summer games", my scroll lock button starts turning on and off repeatedly causing the game and sound to "shake" (because of a message in bold green txt that shows everytime the scroll lock is turned on/off)

I recently had a new (cordless Logitech) keyboard and mouse so I tried to uninstall the drivers and that remnoved the "shaking"(the green txt) but the scroll lock still turns on and off. I can see that by lookoing at my keyboard reciever

I tried "Summer games 2" and I could play that because there the scroll lock stops acting up after a while. The "Summer games" I had was unplayable but i found another site to download another version of it and it works the same way "Summer games 2" does. The scroll lock acting up, but at least palyable
I havn't tried if it's the same problem with other games.

Has anybody expierenced somthing similar and could i possibly do something about it?
Cheers and Tnx in advance

The Scroll Lock Led is used to see drive activity. When a disk (image) is read or written, the Led lights up. When you see Scroll Lock flashing when playing Summer Games, a new event or something is loading.
You can switch off this behaviour by pressing Alt/E and set "1541 Scroll Lock Led" to Off.
