NOt sure where to make this entry.
Anyway, I have the wav-prg program and was wondering what the failure rate is of converting tap and T64 files back to an actual tape via the sound card to load on an actual c64?

I tried trhis using an audio lead and a portable tape recorder without success ...

I tried it yesterday but didn't work. opened the emulator today to have another try and the sound was fine without changing the settings. Are the settings only effective after exiting the ccs64?

I have just installed CCS3.2.

On startup ie with the blue screen there is a crackling sound. This sound persists after loading a a game and throughout game play.

Any ideas as I have the latest drivers?

Is there a site that has the instructions that come with the original games ie control keys, objectives of games and any other storyline like with dr who mines of terror, entombed, exile, staff of karnoth etc?

If not, there should be, otherwise how can someone new to c64 know what do do in a game ...

does anyone know how to run this game and what r the keys?

i got the game started by pressing SPACE BAR and M simultaneously.

i can also cast a spell with the use of the 2 keys, but can not move left,right etc.

I have read mnauals and some replies on this forum but still have problems running a game.

I press F9>tape device>imhotep where imhotep is name of game in .png format.

The game loads with theme music etc but cannot get it to start. I have pressed all the keys on my laptop but no response ...
