Re: Change button mapping for gamepad - I can't figure it out
Actually I've figured it out. The other thing is CCS64 only allows 3 buttons. There's 12 on the gamepad. I was wondering in a future update CCS64 would be able to map buttons. And if not at least have the option to use all buttons as a fire button. Like WinVICE 2.1 does.

Change button mapping for gamepad - I can't figure it out
I have the dual action gamepad. CCS64 doesn't allow remapping of buttons.
In the joystick configuration it has button 1 2 and 3 which are mapped to exactly buttons 1 2 and 3.
Is there any way to map those buttons to 5 for example. I'm trying to use the left button as a firing button and the ...

Re: Uses left joystick - how do change to right side.
Seems like I'm answering a lot of my own questions.
Anyways there is an option in the software included with the gamepad that allows you to enable swap, i just found out this morning. I will check it out tonight to see if that will work.

Uses left joystick - how do change to right side.
Thought I'd post this as a new topic.
I picked up a couple of Logitech dual action logitech gamepads. The control is on the left hand side joystick and I'm trying to figure out how to switch it to the right side. Besides going out and getting a joystick how can I switch the control to the right ...

Re: XBox 360 Controller - Use dpad?
I'm using a logitech dual analogue controller and it's also using the left joystick.
I too am unable to get it to use the right side joystick. I can switch dpad but it's on the left side as well. The software that comes with it doesn't offer any control over swapping joystick controls which would ...

Re: Sound choppy in Agent USA
Actually I found in a number of games the sound is choppy. I have to play around with video settings and sound settings to clear it out, sometimes successful sometimes not. Although I don't have a dedicated sound card it's an integrated one which could be some of my problems.

Re: Sound choppy in Agent USA
I figured out the problem.
I had to set the sound in CCS64 to Intel Integrated sound card. It was originally set to primary sound card which was causing problems. Now it's fine.

Sound choppy in Agent USA
I just did a clean install of winxp sp3 on an old P3 700 Mhz dell desktop machine, it has an internal speaker. And I'm running CCS64 version 3.6
When I run Agent USA I notice the sound being a little choppy. I've run a couple of copies and the same thing. Is anyone else experiencing the same thing ...

Transferring the real c-64 games over
I have a whole lot of C-64 games on 5-1/4" floppies.
Is there any way, or how can I put those files using my PC into files so that I can play in my emulator?

Re: GreatAmerican Road Race bug -short game freezes in v3.6
I'm using it on a laptop with 256 Mb's RAM. It's an old Toshiba Tecra 8100. It could be the reason for the freezes.
I did notice in v 3.4 that if I maximized the window the game became very, very sluggish (jerky still motion with 2 seconds between each still frame) very agonizing to watch and ...

GreatAmerican Road Race bug -short game freezes in v3.6
This bug was in 3.4 and is still in 3.6
I've just downloaded the 3.6 version.
What I'm getting is that while I'm racing the game freezes for a little bit. Actually you can't even access the menus, they just come down as empty white spaces, and this lasts for about 10 to 15 seconds. This was a ...

Battletech - insert player disk
I load and run disk 1 of battletech but later it asks me to insert player disk. It keeps asking, I'm not sure how to get the game to go further than that.
Any ideas?

Re: Aztec Challenge bug
There's a similar bug with Impossible mission where you're killed (zapped) where no robots are around you.
Perhaps this is fixed in V 3.6?
Also All American Road Race challenge game pauses for 5 or 10 seconds or so while you are racing.

I love this game. The game freezes for 5 or so seconds every now and then but continues as normal.
